As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for communicating the value of newborn stem cell preservation for expecting families. Our ideal candidate is a hardworking, self-motivated and a success-oriented team member. We are looking for fast paced inside sales representatives who thrive on challenge.

  • Availability to work Monday thru Sunday, 6:00 AM-8:00 PM PST.
  • Performance-proven background preferably in sales, account management, customer service or related field.
  • Collaborative and inclusive engagement strategies.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to prospects and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with prospects, existing clients, peers and management.
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation abilities.

Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree; or minimum two years of sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

  • Educate families on their stem cell preservation options; empowering them to make an informed decision.
  • Own and manage a pipeline of prospects - all easily organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Educate, strategize, and successfully sell through email, inbound, chat and outbound calling.
  • Become an expert in newborn stem cell preservation and adapt recommendations quickly to suit client needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively to achieve your daily goals.
  • Deliver superior customer service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions while maintaining client privacy.
